Will I pay more than booking with Viking directly?
Your eligible Viking fare is the same as booking directly for the same sailing, stateroom, and fare conditions. Planning services are usually free; any separate agency service fee is explained and agreed in advance.
Can friends or family join my trip?
Yes. Share Captain Ron’s contact details with them before they make a new reservation so we can discuss coordinating their plans with yours. Group arrangements depend on availability.
Working with our agency
Do you only plan Viking cruises?
Yes. Our agency currently specializes exclusively in Viking river, ocean and expedition voyages.
Is there a charge to speak with you about a voyage?
Our planning services are usually free. If we ever propose a separate service with an agency fee, we will explain the fee before you agree to it.
Are you Viking itself?
No. Viking VIP Travel Inc. is an independent travel agency. Viking operates the voyages; our agency helps you evaluate and arrange a booking.
How can we meet?
We offer phone, Zoom, and FaceTime appointments, group meetings, and in-home consultations by arrangement. Tell us what works best when you contact us.

We can discuss available travel protection options and direct you to the full plan details. Coverage, exclusions and purchase deadlines vary by plan.
How do payments work?
We will explain the payment instructions for your reservation and arrange a secure authorization or supplier payment process. Never send card details through our contact form or email.
